A clear account of what we collect.

If you complete our get-started questionnaire, contact us, or book a call, we receive the information you submit, such as your name, email address, business details, and answers. We use it to respond, prepare for the conversation, and operate our client relationship.

We use PostHog to collect pseudonymous page views, referral and device information, and interactions such as booking-link clicks and questionnaire steps. We configure PostHog without session recordings, automatic form capture, person profiles, or automatic exception capture. We do not send names, email addresses, or form answers to PostHog, and we respect your browser’s Do Not Track setting.

We use service providers to host the site, receive questionnaire submissions, deliver email, provide analytics, schedule calls, and process payments. Information is shared with them only as needed to provide those services. Booking through Cal.com is also subject to Cal.com’s privacy notice.

We keep information only as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, and business records. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with you by emailing us.
